📦 PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚚 SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $5.99
• Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

📍 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.

❌ LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at wattersonn@gmail.com and we will make it right.
